But it can be tricky fighting the weather if it takes a turn for the worse. Which can make what you thought would be a beautiful outdoor event become be a frustrating mess. But I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I will share with you the supplies and retailers I used in my designs, so you can get the perfect outdoor wedding ceremony or event decor every time! Instructions To Complete Your DIY Outdoor Ceremony Crystal Flower Arch!
- Set up your heavy-duty pipe and drape backdrop stand.
Attach the upright bars to the base plates. Attach the sheer curtains to the cross bar and attach the cross bar to the uprights.
- Attach Crystal Curtains!
Use C hooks, zip ties, or pipe cleaners to attach your crystal curtains to the cross bar.
- Attach Silk Flower Wall Panels.
Connect your flower panels together using the snaps on the mats. Once all panels are connected use C hooks, zip ties, or pipe cleaners to attach your floral panels to the cross bar.
- Attach Silk Flower Bouquets.
Gather your sheer curtains bringing half towards each upright pole. Use a pipe cleaner to keep the curtains gathered. Attach a silk flower bouquet to the upright using a pipe cleaner or satin chair sash.
- Get Married!
All done! You designed your wedding ceremony arch like a Pro event designer. Time to get married!
Pro Tip: Add weighted bags to your base plates for extra stability outdoors.
The higher your uprights the more weight you will need to add to the base plate to avoid the arch from falling.
